Sashimi — Restaurant in Genk

We went on a Saturday evening, fortunately it wasn't too busy and we got a whole booth for 3 of us. The table was set once we arrived, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was great, and I loved the Japanese decor and the lights. The airconditioner was right above us and we got cold, but after asking the staff they solved the issue for us and managed to turn it down a bit. We ordered all kinds of sushi, seaweed, gyoza, fish and other meats and we have no complaints. The food was great! We had to wait for an hour for them to come and pick up our order paper.. after that first round we got the food wich was amazing so we wanted the second round and had to wait another 45 min for them to eventually come and pick up our paper.. even tho they walked past us multiple times! i don’t recommend sitting in a more secluded space because they simply forget your there!

Very nice service, and despite being an all you can eat restaurant (where you would expect bad sushi quality), the quality of the sushi was quite good. Prepared with care, and not too much rice to fill you up. Actually the nigiris were just perfect and they were very generous with the fish quantity, which seemed fresh.
