Domino's Pizza Gent Dampoort — Restaurant in Ghent

We ordered food at 7:25 PM, and after about 40 minutes, the tracking app showed that the food was delivered — but nothing ever arrived.

I called customer service multiple times, and every time they told me the delivery person was “5 minutes away.” That was completely false — they all knew it, yet kept repeating the same line.

By 9 PM, after several calls, they finally admitted they couldn’t reach the delivery person and said they’d make a new pizza and send it again.

This is not the first time this has happened — it’s actually the third time in the last six months. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and rude service.

Took 1:40h to arrive. Arrived cold. Called right after ordering to confirm that wouldn’t take long cause I had limited time at work to eat. This is 3rd time this happen (out of 3 purchases), so, also dumb on my part to insist trying to get Dominos in Ghent (the other two times was on the Overpoort)

They probably have only one delivery staff for all deliveries. Only explanation.

Also, they don’t provide tracking on Uber Eats, so you have no idea where...

1 ster is al te veel. Gewoon niet komen opdagen en nemen niet op wanneer je belt. We wachten al 2uren. Zogezegd meer dan 1 uur vertrokken, dus hoe dan ook is de pizza nu niet meer te vreten. Ik heb camera’s in huis dus ik kan bewijzen hier geen pizza binnen is geweest. Dit is pure diefstal! Indien ik mijn geld niet terug krijg tegen morgen, schakel ik daar ook de politie voor in!

Wij hadden 2 pizza’s en 1x poffertjes besteld. De pizza’s waren koud en we hadden al gegeten dus zeiden tegen de bezorger we er niks meer mee zijn! We moesten ze dan maar zelf weggooien… Die €2 was voor de Redbull die jullie niet hadden, maar waar ik zelf €3,20 voor betaalde!

Ik heb een klacht gestuurd via mail. Ik eis nog steeds mijn geld terug! Wij hebben niks aan de pizza’s gehad en de rest werd niet geleverd! Ik heb foto’s van wanneer de bezorger er was met tijdstip. En screenshots van al jullie meldingen. Dit klopt dus niet. Mijn geld terug of ik zet...
