I visited Master Wok with my partner and we both ordered fried noodles —I had the vegetarian option with red curry, and he went for the chicken with teriyaki sauce. The owner took the time to explain the spice levels to us in both English and Dutch, and even adjusted the sauces to match our preferences. The food was prepared quickly, the portions were generous, and everything tasted great. It’s refreshing to find such good quality food at a reasonable price, especially in the heart of the city.

I went there regularly 30+ times, and the quality of the food just decreased. He had hired a guy for taking the orders and managing the money drawer, first guy got fired IDK why, second guy found a new job but he tried to explained me his boss and he tried criticizing his boss and how he is supposed to work, boss stepped in to prevent any critique. Grande déception … Cet endroit est devenu mal fréquenté. Dommage car l’emplacement au calme dans la jolie rue piétonne y est agréable. J'aimais m'y arrêter après le travail car la nourriture y est savoureuse et le service rapide. Le patron était très sympathique et très accueillant. Malheureusement aujourd’hui ce n’est plus comparable. J’ai été terriblement surprise de voir ce que cet endroit est devenu. À chaque tentative que j’ai faite récemment pour y passer une commande, j’ai été confrontée à une bande de jeunes qui se rassemble en terrasse. C’est extrêmement gênant surtout quand vous êtes une femme seule. Vous retrouver face à 10 jeunes hommes en casquette qui crient, fument et roulent leur cigarette sous vos yeux, vous accoste devant le bâtiment pendant que vous patientez pour votre repas … est extrêmement malaisant et n’inspire plus du tout confiance. Je n’y ai plus jamais revu le patron et c’est bien dommage car malgré que la nourriture soit bonne le service n’est plus ce qu’il était.
