KFC - Hasselt — Restaurant in Hasselt

I ordered and received my order after an hour, employees were too busy arguing with each other instead of serving people. This is not normal, a family with 3 children also waited for more than an hour for their meal to be served. I paid 32.80 euros and asked for the money back because we wanted to leave, we were refused saying that they are already busy preparing it. I received the order after 20 minutes. On top of that, the restaurant is very dirty, not a single clean table. I asked for the receipt because the machine didn't give it to me and I got it after 10 minutes. This is not normal. The staff were very busy arguing with each other, which also doesn't happen when there are more than 20 people waiting. Some employees very slow and "work in progress" were not helpful. My friend took the towel from them to clean the table where we were going to eat. Everything was dirty, bins full, people upset that they didn't have food, complaints after complaints and the employees were moving...

So we went somewhere else, there is really a lot of places to eat areound there.

I think it's nice that they let non-costumers use the toilet for free, weird that you then can't order, but okay. The toilet seat was broken and it was really smelly in there, so...
