Hope to be back to Brussels in the future. ————————————————— Great experience with the food but I was severely shocked and threatened by a crazy drunk male when I was leaving the place. He shouted “cut” and other nasty words to me at the door saying that he came all the way just to close the f*king door (well at the time I was replying business messages! At the door!) . Then he returned back to the pizzeria, jumped to the window with both hands’ middle fingers stamping to the window and shouted to me, which, I believe also surprised other customers enjoying the food inside. It’s a shame. The misbehavior like this shouldn’t at all be tolerated. What’s more, this kind of experience can hurt people’s feelings to this wonderful place. I still feel unsupported and intimidated till now, and I truly hope there would be some follow-up actions to: 1. confirm the person’s identity(like if he is working in the pizzeria); 2. assure that things like this won’t happen again to more customers so that people can truly enjoy the tasty food.

This is one of the BEST pizzas in Brussels. Pizza Vino is run by Italians and many natives frequent the place. Small & simple atmosphere with friendly staff. The ONLY reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because some of the ingredients put on top of the cooked pizza were cold, probably having been refrigerated and I had arrived early when they opened. The ceramic plates have also been cool, which cools down the pizza more quickly than a heated plate would. Outside of that the Pizza is to die for, especially their ‘Pesto Pizza Blanco’! One the best pizzas I've ever had. Simple as that. I don't know what they do to their dough but it's absolutely perfect. Crunchy where it needs to be crunchy. Not a doughy undigestable brick like many pizzas are. On top of a magnificent dough you will find top notch and properly portioned ingredients. In particular there is not too much cheese, so eating as it gets cold is no problem. They also make them quite fast. Beware that its only cash.
