Chinees Restaurant Kiki — Restaurant in Knokke-Heist

We were walking by the street trying to decide where to go for dinner and a customer from this restaurant who was out smoking saw us looking and said that her food was amazing, and that we should try it. We got in the restaurant and we were very well received, the staff is courteous and helpful. They have great options on the menu. One of us took the Peking Duck (17€) with pancakes and it was very crispy and tasty. The other took spicy beef Chinese style (14€) and was also very happy. We definitely recommend this place and we will be coming back. Just 2 things to note: their definition of “very spicy” is not that spicy, it was perfectly fine. bad service! The manager of the place shouted at us in front of the customers and scolded us when we asked her why the dishes were delayed.

We booked a place in advance We arrived with a prepared menu. We received starters within 20 minutes and then waited over an hour (!!!) for our main courses. We approached the waitresses and the manager and they ignored us. We got up to ask the manager what was going on, the manager yelled at us and almost threw our food on the table! We told her that there were 3 tables that came after us and got food and she laughed in our faces!

The worse Chinese restaurant we’ve been before. Horrible food, way too expensive for the low quality. The chicken meat was surely old and the ribes were tasteless. The only thing that was eatable was the Mihoen, and even the loempia were frozen. We had a table near the bar, where the waitress was talking constantly on her phone (in speaker modality) and we found that absolutely unprofessional and annoying, since she was also pretty loud.
