Draußen nur einzelne Stühle, drinnen angenehmes Ambiente, Eis ist lecker (Pistazie schmeckte allerdings nach Marzipanaroma). Selbst gemachte Fruchtsaucen. Preise wie hier üblich 3,50 pro Kugel beim Sitzen, Eisbecher in der Regel über 10€, Eiscafè günstiger. Cappuccino 5 €. Einfache Kinderspiele vorhanden. Nette Bedienung.

The service is very slow. We sat there twice, First time - 45 minutes waiting for dishes. Second time - we ordered desserts, they arrived 10-15 minutes apart each! How long does it take to make an ice cream dessert? The cappuccino arrived lukewarm and not hot. When it's time to paying, they don't have an automatic payment machine, those sitting on the balcony must physically go inside the restaurant to pay, we are in 2023, it's time for the restaurant to have an automatic payment device! The main waitress (tall, blonde) does not speak French to tourists and answers them in Flemish. Doesn't speak English either!

Lieber einen großen Bogen um diesen Laden machen. Wenn man an der "Bar" Waffeln bestellt erhält man 50ct Waffeln aus dem Supermarkt, die kurz aufgewärmt werden als Take away, während draußen ausgeschildert ist, dass man nur belegte Brötchen als Take away erhalten kann. Man muss erkennen, dass auf der anderen Straßenseite ein Bereich ist, der zu denen gehört, wo man sitzen muss um die eigentlichen Waffeln erhalten zu können. Mitarbeiter sind demotiviert, desinteressiert, Anti-Kommunikativ und sprechen kein Englisch. Die vermutliche Geschäftsführerin ist an Unfreundlichkeit kaum zu überbieten. So eine bodenlose Kundenbehandlung habe ich noch nie erlebt wie dort. Wer seinen Abend noch genießen möchte sollte diesem Geschäft besser keinen...
