Mister Spaghetti — Restaurant in Kortrijk

Do not recommend, and will not return. Visited with a group of 7 on Oct 1. We arrived and the restaurant was very empty. Despite that we waited 30 minutes for basic drinks, then we were left waiting to order. Eventually our order was taken, but it took over 45 minutes to warm up pre-made sauce, place it on cold spaghetti and delive it to the table one dish at a time. Which left other waiting for their plate. A few ordered dessert, but again waited 15 minutes, only for the server to say "we only have one lava cake available" so the desserts were not prepared for another 15-30 minutes. I would hate to see how slow service would be if it were busy. Overall our stay was nearly 3 hours, which would not have been our choice. Again, I do not recommend and will not...

To be honest, we had a 5* experience, but when we got there our friends had been there 40 minutes already and had ordered drinks and food. We arrived and asked to join their table (they weren't waiting for us, it was a last minute decision to join them) then ordered drinks and food. All our stuff came out before our friends, they'd clearly had their order forgotten, then the memory jogged when we arrived and tagged on. It rained heavily and the staff were really helpful and friendly getting us into the restaurant from outside when it did start to chuck it down and we could no longer stay dry...

Terrible service, we waited 55 minutes for our food to arrive (it's simply spaghetti, shouldn't take long) and when we asked about it, they clearly forgot about us. The worst is that we were the first ones to arrive AND we were with our children who are very little and were starving by the time our food arrived, and the waitress wasn't polite at all.
