Sushi Mama — Restaurant in Leuven

As a regular customer, I'm disappointed to report that the quality of our latest order was bad. The sushi was not fresh, with the tuna being discolored. When I contacted the restaurant to express my concern, I was surprised by the dismissive response, with the person on the phone saying that this sometimes happens because he get the fish delivered to him this way. Said that I should stop ordering from them if I'm complaining . Given the lack of concern for customer satisfaction and the poor quality of the food, I can no longer recommend this...

Decent sushi and combos with economic price value. Sushi quality is average. Don't really like momos and wok as I find them a lil bland. The sushi star is the spicy California roll, rainbow rolls and tempura rolls. Unfortunately its pretty inconsistent and sometimes not formed well and rest of the times pretty good. I suspect the salmon and tuna arent as fresh as the other sushi restaurants offer. Nigiris arent promising so avoid ordering it. I'd recommend choosing from any California rolls, makis, or...

I have only ordered delivery, but the sushi has been really yummy most of the time. Unfortunately the last time, I ordered when they were apparently very busy, and the sushi was more sloppy. The salmon had bones in it in a few pieces, which made the experience of eating it quite unpleasant.

I would recommend it when they are not...
