McDonald's — Restaurant in Marche-en-Famenne

Today I passed by McDonald's in Marche-en-Famenne and decided to have a take away meal, and because I wasn't sure that I will be able to speak with someone who speaks English "because my French is very week ( my bad :P )", I decided to go in and use the self order touch screen which includes English as an option. Some how I was stuck and the next button wasn't allowing me to continue the purchase, so I asked if there is anyone who speaks English to help me through this process. They called a gentleman who was obvious working on the window of the cars drive through because he was putting his headphones on. Ohh he speaks English perfect and helped me with a full of politeness and kindness and stayed with me until he gave me my bag with my mc delicious meal inside and wished me a nice day with a big goodbye smile. The point is, I gave the five stars for this employee because also employees deserves to be rated not only the place. If this message reached to him by any how. I want to say for him thanks a lot and keep going with the same spirit and you will reach your goals. And in return to your "have a nice day", I would like to tell you "have...

C’est fini pour nous. Des erreurs une fois, deux fois, trois fois… mais là on a arrêté de les compter. La qualité du restaurant de marche se dégrade nous allons de déception en déception, vos cheeseburger sont de plus en plus sec, à la limite du mangeable, on s’étouffe à chaque bouchée, sans compter que vous oubliez les petits oignons et la moutarde on se retrouve avec une mini mini dose de ketchup, ils font pitiés à regarder et à manger. (Ça va faire des mois et des mois que nous n’avons pas eu un cheeseburger fait correctement) il manque tjs quelque chose, quand c’est pas ça, c’est les cornichons. Le cheese samouraï sans oignons fris ? Ok super, et oh tiens on a eu un Crispy bacon avec des oignons fris, vos cuistot ne connaissent pas la base de vos trois malheureux burger qui se battent en duel (on va pas se mentir, votre carte n’est plus aussi folle qu’avant et vos Burgers sont classiques, assez fou de pouvoir se tromper à CHAQUE commande). On avais l’habitude de vérifier l’intérieur des sacs avant de partir pour être sûr d’avoir toute notre commande, mais maintenant il faut regarder l’intérieur des Burgers voir si vous avez fait votre boulot correctement?. Je vais aussi ajouter qu’à TOUTES mes commandes de happy meal, le choix du jouet n’a ABSOLUMENT JAMAIS été respecté, sans mentir nous l’avons prit 5 fois et les 5 fois nous avons reçu l’inverse du jouet sélectionné. Super pour les enfants. Plus jamais. Dorénavant nous irons au Quick eux au moins ne se trompent quasi plus, et ne cesse de s’améliorer. Et ils savent ce que c’est de saucer...

We stopped here on our way home from the Ardenne. Very big,clear restaurant. The staff was very helpful with their English language skills, we got 2 menus and the orders were completed. The inet was very fast. Everything was perfect until I went to WC 😫😫😫😫 ,wc paper all over the floor, dirty sinks. I do believe that the manager must take care better of this wc ,like sending someone to clean it every one hour I do know that some of the costumers are very dirty visitors and leave a mess behind but have to take...
