To begin, I would like to point out that I have been ordering from this pizzeria for a long time and have always been satisfied with the product. But this time the pizza had a weird taste, we ordered pizza with cream sauce but also with tomato sauce. The pizzas with the tomato sauce had a strange taste, we quickly concluded that the cause was the sauce. For once I call regarding a complaint about the taste of the pizza that the gentleman in charge very quickly becomes very defensive. I try to make him understand that it happens to everyone and that it may be this pot of sauce that had the problem. very unpleasantly he said to come to the places. Once there again very sure the defensive trying not to understand, he redid us a pizza out of two. Again with a strange taste when we tried it. Monsieur tells us that no one has ever filled up on the taste of pizza. In short, to say court never again we will order or advise this pizzeria, the service is not at all correct and the managers are dishonest. Me and my friends ask for 3 different types of pizzas, an margarita, an pepperoni an one creamy chicken. Two of the pizzas had tomato sauce and when we tried it something didnt felt right, I couldn’t even swallow the piece i tried. We didn’t even finish 1 slice. We call the pizaria and they are rude and very defensive, we tried to explain and this kinda of stuff happened. they almost didn’t let us talk. They made us go there with the pizzas they said that everything is fine, they gives a bit of the sauce and we tried and it tasted bad like old sauce. Then the manager told us that THE SAUCE DONT EVEN STAY ON THE FRIGE, we are on the middle of the SUMMER! To finish he gave us only 1 pizza when to are bad and the pizza was tasting wierd to, now all of us are felling sick and almost throwing up and the pizzas are...

CHOQUÉ PLUS JAMAIS JE RECOMMANDE LA ! Commande mal réalisée : j’ai payé des suppléments qui n’étaient même pas sur ma pizza. J’appelle le restaurant, on me dit qu’on va m’en renvoyer une jusqu’ici, normal, l’erreur venait d’eux.

Mais là où ça devient hallucinant, c’est que le livreur arrive avec la nouvelle pizza et me demande de rendre l’ancienne, celle que j’ai déjà entamée, sur laquelle j’ai mis de la sauce, que j’ai touchée, mangée !

C’est une atteinte totale aux règles d’hygiène. Ce plat est passé entre mes mains, j’y ai mis ma salive et on me le redemande ? Pourquoi ? Pour le jeter ? Ou pire, pour le consommer derrière ? C’est la première fois qu’un restaurant me demande de rendre un plat qu’eux-mêmes ont mal réalisé. Et d’ailleurs ça fait 2, 3 fois que je me plains pour une commande mal réalisée !

C’est inadmissible, anti-hygiénique et complètement irrespectueux du client. Quand on fait une erreur, on assume. On refait le plat, et on laisse l’autre....
