Burger King Ninove — Restaurant in Ninove

So I ordered at the kiosk at 18.37, went upstairs with the table tracker and took a seat and kindly waited for my food. Half an hour passes, people who arrived at the same time as me already started getting their order, I wait another 15 minutes. I then go and speak up to an employee, soon after I get one singular item from my order a latte. I perceive this as confirmation they forgot my order, so I wait after another 20 minutes I go downstairs and I tell them that I did not receive my order. They scramble to fix the issue, give me my drink and mayo and send me back upstairs, afterwich they bring me two burgers, indeed the ones I ordered but no fries, I go back down they give me my fries and I can finally eat this is at 19u58 ONE HOUR AND 20 MINUTES LATER, after which they come upstairs and accuse me of theft and saying I lied with a crumpled wrapper and a sticker with my order number saying they will check the camera feeds, the fact that they gave my order to another table without checking the tracker and them accusing me of theft is...

The food is delicious and the staff are generally friendly, but the lack of cleanliness is what ruins everything, the tables are always dirty, as the floor, but the sockets where you plug your cell phones in to charge are always filthy, ( The sockets are above the table, a person is eating, and looking at it, it makes you want to vomit!) Every time I go I have to ask for a cloth to clean the table where I'm going to sit as well as the benches or chairs because they are always full of grease... they should hire a cleaning company for there, it's...

Probably the worst Burger King in Belgium. It's not clean, and the employees have no sympathy. I visited twice before writing this. I was thinking the poor service was due to a lack of resources. I was completely wrong because the service remains terrible and the place is unhygienic. You're more likely to catch a disease there than get decent food. I don't understand why this restaurant...
