Kon. Balboog St Joris & Café Armenonville — Restaurant in Ostend

We come often to this place and customer service has become very bad. Most of the staff is not friendly and look miserable. We use the discounts via QR code which are advertised in the bar and every time I ask my discount, I get an unfriendly annoyed face. This is not normal as the bar gets reimbursed for this by InBev. Staff should be trained to be friendly but they do everything so that people do not buy. Also, a few times I did not get 33cl of beer and last time the woman at the bar said I did whilst so did not (see photo), maybe she needs glasses. Also, glasses are not always clean and we received once beer in a glass with lipstick. A pity as cost is good and atmosphere nice.
