Koninginnenhof — Restaurant in Ostend

I rated this restaurant before with a 4 star. I had good experiances untill recently. First we had to wait more than 30 minuten on the bar . The whoman at the reception and recieving the foodorders took here sweet time. After that we did waite another 30 minuten to receive our food. When we finaly did received our food it where totaly cold .Yes just like directly from the frigo. And this for suposely warm food. I did make a complaine. Don't wory an other 15 minutes whent finaly warm food and a extra plate with French fries to express there sorry. It is claire to me thy are not whit sufficient qualified people to handle this business. The message is you come you wait until we are ready to deliver your food. Hopefully for you warm! You get your drink directly on the bar but before you get your food the drink is not cool anymore. You whant an other drink, no problem go and stand in line again for another...

Arrived on a busy sunny day during lunch Time. It took them 50m to bring out very average food, some dishes were clearly just microwave heated.

When I got up for 30s to show my son the way to the bathroom the staff cleared the table with our half eaten plates. We notified the staff and they brought out new (microwaved) dishes in 60 seconds...

Make sure to take spare clothes if it's rained. My son spent two minutes here and needed a clean change of clothes. It had rained the night before and although dry on the day we went no attempt had been made to remove water or leaves/branches from the inflatables.

The only reason to spend money on this park is the inflatables as all other play equipment is available in most free...
