Excellent food, service and location, with a plus that we have never experienced before!

Looking for a dog friendly restaurant close by our accommodation for the weekend, we found this nice restaurant. Located directly at the beach. You have an awesome scenery to enjoy lunch or dinner. The interior is modern, nicely decorated and very clean. Looking at the menu, we first could not believe it. They really do have dishes for dogs! The first and only restaurant we have experienced this! They serve a choice of salmon or chickenfillet with pasta, home made dog cookies and home made ice cream. We thought we would have to give it a try. It came in a good size bowl and looked very good! Of course the dogs loved it and inhaled it 😅 The menu is a good size of choices. Not to much, which is an indication of quality food. As a started I had some deep fried calamari. Good quality, not to much of a bread crust around with a nice garlic sauce. The wife had the soup of the day, which was butternut pumpkin. Delicious, good size bowl and it came with 2 rolls and butter. Main course I had the fish plate.oh man… 2 good size pieces of salmon, 2 pieces of cod, several different clamps, some small shrimps, 3 pealed prawns and 3 prawns in a shell. Served with vegetables and French fries. I can eat a lot but I couldn‘t finish it. Everything was very well cooked and presented nicely! The wife had the salmon with sauce bearnaise. Salmon was cooked very well and decorated with pomegranate seeds. The sauce was home made and even the wife, that does not like sauce bearnaise, ate it all. Served with a small bowl of fresh salad and French fries. As a desert I had the chocolate mouse. Home made, creamy and rich in flavor. The wife decided to go for the variety of 5 deserts and had a hot chocolate with it. All very delicious!

In total we can say that we really enjoyed our stay at the restaurant and will come back for sure! It is not like most of the tourist places where you pay a lot for the location. You‘ll get a great location and awesome food! It was worth every cent!

I had a birthday over the weekend and i went there with my friends. All i can say is wooow. The waitress was so kind and took time to explain the menu to us. The food and drinks were amazing and on time. The atmosphere was so homely and the guests there were very nice as well. Thank you for the beautiful surprise of a gift.
