decided to go and eat local

parking impossible ( not their fault)

very noisy, where I was sitting the floor was constantly moving

took 3/4 Hr to get starter : crouquette de crevette : outside very chewy

for the main course : waiter came to inform us (after 1/2 Hr) that the food will arrive.

dessert : asked for a moeulleux au chocolat - waiter : 8 minutes 46 seconds to prepare. Took 20' before was served... you can guess : chocolat was already hard. Table next to use same problem....

chez Pierre & Claude should be renamed to café .... not restaurant

Read other comments so I know what the answer will be. Still for info : slow service : we waited 1h for our main course. Other tables got 3 courses in less than 1h30 so entered after us and left before... dishes / food : ok. very noisy. Being a Brasserie will be the reason given, but it is too noisy to allow talking to the people at the same table. Some people like that, others don't. Just so you know if you plan to go ... Parking : ok (we arrived early enough).

The staff were friendly and helpful - offered to translate the French menu for me. Really enjoyed the seafood risotto I had, which was really fresh and flavourful :) Great location which was just next to...
