We got lucky to have a chance to make a reservation into this very fine and local restaurant.
Everything was very good, only local or Belgium base product. They « only » have like, 18 seats and very small menu, but they mastering it at 100%. We where 3 adults and didn’t look at the price at all.
For the prices, you cannot complain, that’s fine dishes in a very calm atmosphere. Even the chief comes at everyone tables and ask what they think of meals.
They focus on quality and not quantity. Only the reservation logic can be better but still very good.
We will sure come back with friend to make them discover the area...

Very modern but cosy interior, good service.
On weekends you can’t eat a la carte.
We had a choice menu. The menu is very very classic, but it is nice the use so many produce from the region.
The dishes were well prepared, but no creative at all: shrimp in coconut broth (on the bland side), poached trout with vegetables (also on the bland side) saved with the good sauce. Of course trout was perfectly a point.
The only dish that got me excited was the dessert: fantastic sorbert, just the right amount of acidic and sweet.

Read moreWe went to the nearby caves for sightseeing and thought this is the best restaurant choice in the area. They are a Michelin recommendation. So we made a phone reservation two days in advance for the earliest dinner time. And I found that this is a relatively small restaurant, luckily we made a reservation :)
I enjoy dining here, they offer fresh local ingredients, balanced seasoning in dishes, and delicious meat cooking.
Btw : I ordered my appetizer and main course separately because the set menu requires a minimum order of two people.
