I was excited to grab brunch at this place. The decor is kind of rustic and cool, and there is rarely a free table. It all looked good. However, what comes to mind when thinking of my dining experience is 'style over substance'. Me and my partner shared a platter and a crêpe, a lot of which lacked in flavour. The crêpe was flavourless and the flavour that the houmous did have was bizarre and left a bitter taste, much the same with the tapenade d'aubergine. I must however say that the staff were friendly, the tzatziki was great, as was the lemonade and the brochettes of beef and chicken were very nice. It's just a shame about the rest. Read moreBeautiful venue in Brussels with a very relaxing vibe. The food was very good, I would recommend the Anatolian breakfast that gives you plenty of variety and comes with unlimited Turkish tea! I loved it. The staff was very friendly and I particularly noticed the only female waitress there was the one working so hard to make sure everyone was being served and had everything they needed. She’s the motor of this place. This is a child friendly space with a lot of families as patrons as well as couples and friend groups. A great mix of people with amazing food. You must visit this place! A small piece of advise would be to play some gentle R&B music in the background just to...
Read moreDecided to try out this brunch cafe instead of going to our usual spot in the city centre. Very disappointing however. The service was lacking and they tried to up sell us a bottle of water for the table. I found that especially strange for an all day breakfast/brunch type place. Prices are rather ridiculous too. And oh my the worst part was that the avocado is not even fresh. So basically they use this spread for the avo toast 😭 This was the real let down for me. Unacceptable. Don’t get me started on the Turkish breakfast options on offer....
