Ordered from the screen, then service is less then mediocre. My food was picked from the hot counter and put on a tray on the customer counter where it could go cold, while my order waited for a supplementbal giant. On of the first things served on the tray were churros from a holding cabinet. So that By the was cold by the time I was ready for my desert By time I started eating my other burger and fries were luke warm at best, the waiter forgot my mayo. I didn't enjoy my meal. This is how ALL screen orders are handled, this has to change, meals should be put on a tray as late as possible before handing the tray to the customer, that means that burgers should remain in the hot counter and fries should be on the fryers second until the customer takes them away Brgers that are late should be carried the customer's table Customer that dibe in should be asked to gettheir churros their churros or ice-cream after their meal, not served with their meal. Customer should not have to coubter-organise such things by ordering/and paying twice against your service...
Read moreI realy got disappointed when I went there with my hungry family and we want to order fast some food. The menu is digital and always switching the screen. You have to read 3-4 times the same page till you able to read the description of the food. They dont have a simple menu on paper what you can easily read and decide what do you want. So after that I waited in the line and I was the next guy, the worker sent me out from the line to check the menu on the screen on the wall till I decide what I want because they dont have a normal menu. So I had to spend almost 5 minut till I was able to chose for everybody the correct menu because of that stupid screen menu. Than I had to wait again in the line. So I cant call this restaurant fast food restaurant because you realy have to spend time till you can read the menu with the detailes! Its realy dissapointing and the worker also wasn't happy with me because I was complaining why they dont have a normal simple menu what I can read...
Read more'De Quick' in Schoten lost a lot of its feathers. Last time i went there through the drive thru, i was starving, so i ordered a large big bacon menu and a normal burger. First 'annoyance' was the person in front of me had to wait for more than 5 minutes (which is long for a drive thru) for his order, even though they have a waiting area 5m from there. By the time he got served and i pulled up, my bag was already ready, and i had ordered a custom burger! (Good tip to get fresh burgers) So this means my food had been standing there, getting cold. But that was not the worst part. When i got home, all there was in the bag was my 2 burgers. No fries, no sauce, which i paid for. That really ruins your meal. Contacted them about this via their Instagram page, no reply of course. No, I've always been a fan of Quick, but it's like they just hire incompetent...
