De Casque — Restaurant in Tongeren

The male server totally ruined our lunch, shame because the location and food was nice. He was not very friendly while ordering and then he made a mistake with the bill, trying to make us pay 17€ extra. We told him once, he brought us back only 7€ because he did not know how to do maths. Then we told him again that there was a mistake and tried to argue that he served us bigger portions (which was not true) and finally he accepted to bring the 10€ left. I can accept making a mistake but he was rude, tried to fool us and did not even apologise or...

Great food & drinks Not pleased with the service - called the waiter over 3 times (I was barely acknowledged), another waiter helped us, before the original guy finally showed up. This place clearly needs management to look out for customer service. The second waiter was wonderful hence the 3 stars for service...

En plein centre, sur la place. Ultra convivial et grand. Il y a des miroirs pour les gens qui sont de dos, afin d'avoir une vue sur la salle. Serveurs sympathiques, tarte excellente. Le café viennoiserie était bien servi, le thé également. Présentation soignée, tables de 2 et de 4. Tables rondes ou carrées, on s'y sent à l'aise. Bougies sur les tables, allumées vers 16h30. Personnel attentif, quelques tables en terrasse pour profiter des premiers rayons. Il y a un sas à l'entrée, donc le froid ne rentre pas. Nous sommes rentrés avec deux buggy's. Accueillants envers les enfants, on nous a aidé avec la porte. Ce sont deux établissements en u', donc la terrasse est en fait...
