Bought moelleux au chocolat and a bread at their new store at Vleurgat in Brussels. The personnel is not using the gloves and is touching the products with their dirty hands full of bacterias from the cash. The woman who was packing my dessert and a bread used all fingers possible to grop/touch my purchases. Afterwards, she took the cash from me with the same hands. When I made a remark, the woman replied that it is impossible to manage hygiene adequately due to the number of customers in the store. ATTENTION, there were only 3 customers in the store at that moment and 3 girls serving! This is UNACCEPTABLE. No excuses should be made!! Don't touch the food which the customers buy!!
