Kamii Sushi — Restaurant in Vilvoorde

Excellent food, but use the takeaway and not the restaurant. Staff are not friendly and are slow to take orders they are more interested in getting the telephone orders. the eat in part of the restaurant is cold (probably as the food is prepared at the counter) we ordered our food at 1815 and left at 1930 without having being served. We will eat from here again but it will be takeaway. A little more effort should be made to accommodate eat in diners, or just close this part of the eat in area down. This restaurant is great! From the fried side dishes (tempura, gyoza) to the sushi itself, it’s delicious! Although there is a bit of a wait, it definitely is worth it because they prepare your order on the spot! I don’t think anyone would mind waiting a little for freshly made food. The service was also very nice. They were very polite! A little busy, but that’s understandable. In conclusion, I’d recommend Kami sushi to anyone who is interested in Japanese cuisine! Sincèrement, côté qualité du produit, je n'ai rien à dire, mais j'ai été très déçu par l'attitude de la demoiselle qui prend les commandes et assure la prise en charge des livraisons par les clients. Suite à une commande par téléphone, j'ai commandé un produit Tempura Scampi, et d'autres produits, à l'enlèvement de ma commande dans le restaurant, j'ai été interpellé par un autre plat en plus dans ma commande, Teriyaki Scampi en plus du Tempura Scampi, j'ai bien expliqué à la demoiselle qu'il y a erreur et je lui ai demandé de retirer le plat ajouté, et je lui ai dit que j'ai commandé de ma voiture et je n'ai pas bien entendu la différence quand elle m'a répété la commande ce qui a été bien sûr à ma demande. La demoiselle a refusé de l'enlever et si je ne payais pas elle appellera la police, ce que je voulais faire au début mais pour la banalité du litige, je décidais de payer et de ne plus revenir dans ce restaurant. Dommage, je commandait au minimum une fois par semaine et je viens de Kortenberg alors qu'il y 4 restaurants sushis dans le coin.
