Le Franklin — Restaurant in Virton

Waited for 1.5 hours for our food and then it ranged from awfully mediocre, to bad, not cooked how ordered and then to actual bad meat that looks like it might be slightly expired. I got a ham shank that was grey all through and tasted off.. only ate two bites as the quality made me worried it might leave me sick. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

(english below) Personnel tres sympathique et amical, fait d'excellente pizzas. On appréciera la thématisation du lieu, tourné vers son histoire, en effet le lieu est un ancien cinéma (on notera d'ailleurs une trace historique de l'occupation allemande de 40-45 avec le "Rauchen ist verboten" peint et conservé dans l'ancienne salle de projection.) La thématique est donc le cinéma. On notera aussi quelques concerts et spectacles lorsque les conditions le permettent dans l'ancienne salle de projection. Sur place ou a emporter, toujours un succès !

Very kind and friendly staff, which makes excellent pizzas. We can appreciate the themed decoration, oriented towards its own building history. Indeed, the place is an old movie theater in which we can discover a historical trace in the "Rauchen ist verboten" painting in the projection hall, which reminds us the german occupation during WW2. You can also go to some concerts or shows in the projection hall which can be converted into an actual theater (when the pandemic situation or if the law into force allows it ) Take-away or right there,...
