CHITIR Fried Chicken & More — Restaurant in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert - Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe

After 300 reviews and more than 10 million google maps views, I am unfortunately making my first 1 star review ! 🥲 Very well deserved considering my experience at CHITIR friend chicken, wich was by far, the worst experience I ever had. 😔🙏🏻

I do NOT recommend this place. It does not belong to the rest of the Woluwe Shopping centre and I am very much looking forward to seeing it replaced one day ! 🙂

The place is relatively new and the decor is unique.. it mixes modern simplism with vulgar oriental flooring resulting in a terrible mismatch 😅 this design is clearly unsuitable for a fast-food restaurant in my opinion 😬 The place is also clearly dirty and surfaces are sticky even at noon, before rush hour, but that is something expected from a fast-food restaurant…

My biggest complaint, and the reason I advise anyone from all customer categories to avoid this place has to be my experience with staff members 🥲 they were quite rude and defenetly unfriendly. I had contact with a very plain faced inhospitable and displeasing manager..

The overall attitude I encountered was judgmental and confrontational… taking time to chat and explain things with a smile is a waist of time 😮 I was made to feel uncomfortable because of their inappropriate behaviour 😣 wich is clearly a red flag to me !

In conclusion, this place is very unwelcoming. I hope this review expressing my dissatisfaction helps you avoid this...

The meat was overcooked, I mean,well done is an understatement. the portion of fries was way too small for this price. only two things I enjoyed. the chair was comfortable, and the softdrink was cold.
