Very unfriendly people. The waiter hardly showed a smile or a welcoming atmosphere. All he said was the price I have to pay. The food they served were totally below my expectations. The gyoza was very dry(not juicy at all) and cold, “Shogayaki”(pork sautéed with garlic sauce) was very different from the ones I eat in Japan. The meat was very dry and the spices they use are so different. I am very disappointed and humiliated as a Japanese person that this kind of food is served as “Shogayki”, since the original ones are very delicious. And also it is so funny that one of their decorations they hang up says “Jyunbichuu” which means “we’re not open.” They might wanted to express that they are not welcoming nor open hearted..? I will not...

Food was not fresh, but microwaved and cold. Their so called ramen tastes nothing like the real ramen and they are asking a price of 13.50 per portion. Also they asked if we want gyoza and we naturally said yes, only to then realize that we have been charged extra for two portions of that. J’y suis allée manger avec mon copain un samedi vers 14h , le restaurant n’était pas trop rempli. On a commandé tous les deux des gyosas en entrée + un plat . Après qu’on a reçu seulement un plat de gyosas au lieu de deux . Mon copain a reçu son plat principal. Je n’avais du coup toujours pas reçu mon plat ni mes gyosas. Quand mon copain avait quasiment terminé son plat, je reçois enfin des ramens. Mais ils se sont trompés de ma commande et j’ai du attendre attendre 10 min de plus en regardant mon copain terminer son plat . Au final j’ai du manger seul mon ramen de qualité médiocre . Quand j’ai demandé d’emballer pour emporter les gyosas qu’ils ont oublié de me servir, ils m’ont dit qu’il y a que des gyosas au légumes qui sont disponibles tout de suite et que pour les gyosas au poulet jedois attendre . Quand j’ai dit que je vais attendre, le proprio a dis qu’en fait vu que je les avais commandée en menu et pas à la carte , j’avais le droit qu’à ceux au légumes.
