ex regular customer after several bad experiences is take away at covid times. two examples: order two meals to takeaway and realised at home after 15 m in that my burger was missing. got quickly back and was accused that i had eaten it and wanted a new one. after a tedious argument was thrown a new one with a sour face, no apologies. second experience: got to pick up my take away order in a rush lunch time only to realised they had mixed the orders and someone had taken mine. I was explained that this was my fault as i had not been "fast enough" to take what was mine. Refusal to make a new order until a customer appeared out of nowhere to bring back the "wrong order" : she had already eaten some of the fries and a chicken nugget! they had several orders all mixed up as they fail to mark them so they had all their hands inside the bags with random customers figuring out who gets what. great covid...
Read moreOkay this is far from being over, I am extremely angry and disgusted by this quick, the menus that I bought were hard like rock, the staff was yelling and acting great crazy because I dare to come 15vmin before closing (I phoned before to ask if I can still order and they said yes), no one speaks English, I received sth totally different from what I ordered, they don t listen and don t answer my questions and extra when I asked why is all that for me and if this what I am paying for she said ' there must be a problem, the ticket is' it the right one' and she put it in the garbage!!!! Read moreI come here quite often with my children and would say that the service is overall good. Nothing special. However today I came in again, and observed how one of the staff members, Samuel, would make sure that every customer would receive an excellent service; from making sure the table is clean, serving the food with a smile, and help new parents with their strollers. Besides him making sure the clients would be satisfied, I also noticed he would check in with his teammates regularly, and showed them he has their back.. I observed this is 45min.
