I use uber to order. This is the 5th time I have had problems with this Quick. From not sending napkins and salt (as I ask in the comments) to sending raw hamburgers. Today my order didn't arrive complete, they didn't send a hamburger. I wonder why so many times there are this kind of problems? The ability of the staff to do their job well is in total evidence, as well as the superiors when it comes to hiring or supervising their employees. The people in front of us paid with a card but when we got to the window they said their card system broke. We had no cash on us so they ended up telling us off very rudely. We asked if they could just give us our food since it was already made. They said they would rather throw away the food than give it to us.
