Quick Kraainem — Restaurant in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert - Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe

I use uber to order. This is the 5th time I have had problems with this Quick. From not sending napkins and salt (as I ask in the comments) to sending raw hamburgers. Today my order didn't arrive complete, they didn't send a hamburger. I wonder why so many times there are this kind of problems? The ability of the staff to do their job well is in total evidence, as well as the superiors when it comes to hiring or supervising their employees. I give them 1 star here because I can't give them less. And believe me it's not by choice that I order from your branch, uber won't let me choose another one because of the proximity to my home. The food tasted ok, could be cheaper, considering the location. What made me regret eating there was the amount of garbage my meal created, although I had 'eat in' option (for a salad and a chicken burger I got several items that weren't necessary, firm cardboard box for burger, knife and fork set, which was made of wood, ok, but I only used the fork, my receipt was around 50cm long for two items, and a thick plastic one time usable bowl for the salad , like from the store).I understand the convenience of such system, but there are other, far environment friendlier ways, which would probably be cheaper too. Terrible customer service. We waited for an hour and a half in the drive thru line, for nothing. The people in front of us paid with a card but when we got to the window they said their card system broke. We had no cash on us so they ended up telling us off very rudely. We asked if they could just give us our food since it was already made. They said they would rather throw away the food than give it to us. We tried to find solutions to the problem of payment but they just rolled their eyes and repeated they “couldn’t do anything.” So we drove away.
