We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Drukyal Twin Tower Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our gracious hosts, Pem Dorji and his lovely wife, whose hospitality truly made us feel like part of their family. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay.

The hotel itself is wonderful—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat with beautiful surroundings. Every detail felt authentic and cared for, creating a relaxing and culturally rich experience.

The food was another highlight—simply awesome! Each meal was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared, giving us a real taste of Bhutanese cuisine. We looked forward to every bite.

We were also fortunate to have a great guide (Baap tchencho) and driver (phuntsok dorji) for our trip, arranged through the hotel. They were knowledgeable, kind, and made exploring the area smooth and enjoyable.

A special shoutout to Pelsang, the owners’ son, who was a fantastic companion for our kids. His cheerful nature and friendly attitude made them feel at home, and they absolutely loved spending time with him.

I have never written a review for a hotel ever before so this is my first and it is first for various reasons. After traveling for 9 hours in cars and a van we finally reached this place at around 10 pm but the view that you get from this place took away all my tiredness! Yes, the hotel has a brilliant of the Thimphu dzong and to top it all I was given the room that had the view of the dzong so I got to see the dzong at night as well as during the day. The hospitality of this hotel was outstanding. Everyone was so eager to make you feel at home and comfortable. The food was good including welcome tea to dinner to breakfast, everything was fresh. I was traveling with my sister and they have a kid and the hotel accommodated their needs as well. Luckily, we got to meet type owner as well and it was such a humbling experience. I will be rebooking this place when I will revisit Bhutan so highly recommended. I...
