We passed by this restaurant for a couple of days and finally stopped by today for lunch. For someone who eats Chinese food anywhere in the world, I must say that the food here is pretty good. I may not be that authentic Chinese, but for sure, it is adjusted to local palate. We ordered sweet and sour pork ribs. The ribs are tender, and the sauce compliments the ribs really well. The spicy and sour soup is solid. Lots of shredded chicken and veggies. The tanginess is perfect to start the meal. The veggies with tofu are our favorite. Big cubes of freshly fried tofu with brown sauce and veggies. Little sweet and salty combination. The chow mein compliments that veggie tofu dish. Our server was very nice and friendly. Too bad I didn't get his name. He was very attentive to us. He even offered a birthday drink (non-alcoholic) to my friend. Btw, did I say their portion is huge. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this...
Read moreI would honestly avoid coming here. Food wasn't that good, but what made it worse is that the service was pretty terrible. I came alone for dinner and after the host sat me at a table, I waited about 15 minutes before any server even approached me. When I asked for a napkin, a to-go box, or anything else, the server would take about 10 minutes to bring it. I could see him being too busy chatting with his coworkers about who knows what. I used to come here when I would visit bolivia and it was always amazing. Now that they've relocated, it didn't feel the same... I don't know if they changed their menu or if the bad service just ruined my experience. Maybe they have their reasons but the restaurant wasn't even busy so i dont know. I just ordered their dessert as it was also one of my favorite things back then. Hopefully I have better...
Read moreDisappointing considering all the good reviews, good location, and look of the place. The service was extremely slow , we waited an hour and saw others getting served although they arrived after us. Only to then be served a “fried rice” that wasn’t even fried , and definitely had frozen vegetables in it. Same goes for the “fried noodles” that were bland. The dumplings saved the game but that’s about it. Most of the meat portions are supposedly for two, which justified its price, but turned out to be a decent size for one. It was an overpriced dinner for Bolivia, which we would have paid happily if the service and quality...
