I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sach’a, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish! From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable evening.
The service was impeccable, with the attentive and knowledgeable staff making me feel like a VIP. They were prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. The waitstaff's expertise in describing the menu options and suggesting pairings with the extensive wine list was truly impressive.
Speaking of the menu, the culinary creations at Sash’a are nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a work of art, expertly crafted with the finest ingredients and bursting with flavor. From the appetizers to the decadent desserts, every bite was a revelation. The attention to detail in presentation and the harmonious blend of flavors showcased the chef's skill and passion for their craft.
The ambiance of the restaurant was sophisticated and elegant, creating an intimate setting perfect for special occasions or romantic evenings. The tasteful decor and soft lighting added to the overall charm and made for a truly memorable dining experience.
To sum it up, Sasha is a culinary gem that deserves every bit of its five-star rating. From the moment you step through the door, you're in for a treat. Impeccable service, exquisite cuisine, and a captivating atmosphere combine to create an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend and can't wait to return for another exceptional...
Read moreThe cuisine is presented as 'Peruvian Fusion'. We arrived at a completely empty restaurant for lunch (not a good sign to start with) and were welcomed by a very rude girl that insisted we wore a face mask (which we didn't do of course). Outside seating seemed nice, but turned out to be very noisy since you're located right next to a main road. Attention was slow and unprofessional, food was average at best. Since Bolivia is a landlocked country any kind of seafood will be frozen. Portions are small, Peruvian 'touch' was hardly noticed. When we got the bill, one of the items was 'face mask'!? Not only we didn't ask for it or even used it, the fact they charged it was outrageous (we didn't pay for it). Needless to say, stay away here, bad service, very average food, lousy location. You can find decent Peruvian food in Santa Cruz for a much lower price with better attention. (Mar y Fuego...
Read moreThe restaurant deco and location are great as it is modern rustic and near the lush area of the city of Santa Cruz. I came to try the famous Peruvian pisco but left disappointed. The drink barely had any pisco and all I tasted was the passion fruit juice. The waiter’s service is Santa Cruz is not all that great but I was hoping this place was a little different. The service was slow, it took a while to get my order and also to get the food, I had questions about the ingredients -the names of the fish and other items in the menu were foreign to me-the waiter did not know the answer so another one had to come. There were no recommendations given so we had to pick and choose whatever was in the menu. The dinning experience was two stars for the evening. I will come back during the day and hopefully get a more positive experience with the food...
