Bellini Suites Apartments — Hotel in Santa Cruz de la Sierra

It's a great budget option in the best part of Santa Cruz with lots of restaurants and bars around. It isn't a hotel or apartment complex, somewhere in-between with a slightly strange vibe.

The rooms are clean and fresh, with a sofa and comfortable bed as well as lots of space and a great TV. The kitchen is simple and could have more utensils, we had one broken knife in both rooms we stayed. The Aircon and WiFi are strong, the rooms are quiet with great blackout blinds. The rooftop pool is great, not a lot of chairs to sit around it, but no one else was there. The gym doesn't exist, it's a tiny room with two bike machines. Also the entry system never really worked for us but they were always there to let us in, great security at the front door.

The only issue we had was one day someone let themselves in our room whilst we were in there - we think it was staff with an override code. Es un estilo de Apart - Hotel muy prometedor. Sus apartamentos monoambientes tienen todo lo que se necesita. Tuve la oportunidad de alojarme en dos oportunidades y fue gratificantes, con ciertos inconvenientes, pero con solución inmediata. Lo que mayormente puedo resaltar es la calidez humana por parte de la recepción, la frescura y naturalidad pero a la vez la precisión y firmeza es una buena demostración de vocación al servicio. Todo lo que puedas precisar para hacer de tu estancia la mejor experiencia te lo ofrecen. Sus áreas comunes o sociales, cumplen con todo lo necesario. Un único detalles; es que deben realizar reparaciones en horarios matutinos, ya que en horas de la noche se precisa descansar, pero entiendo que todo está en mejorar las instalaciones...

There is no HOT WATER at this location. They tell you there is, but trust me - there is not! Security is low, all key codes to get in the rooms contain the room number. They will not change the key code for you. Otherwise, the rooms are clean and...
