Restaurant Oaza — Restaurant in Ilidža Municipality

The food in this restaurant is definitely not for recommending as tried 2 times having breakfast in this restaurant. “Maslenica” was catastrophic, the chicken meat had bones inside, the bread was staying probably few days then they served us. The “ustipci” was not even near normal “ustipci” we have eaten in Sarajevo, it was like stones with bread and the plate was 15.00 KM which is very high price compared to others. Definitely not worth eating in this restaurant, if you put something on the menu especially with that high prices, try to make it as good as possible not just to give customers anything. Important to mention is that service is very slow in restaurant and when we complained to waiters about poor quality of food, they said they cannot do anything. This is one of the nicest facilities in Ilidza with a great attentive staff. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has been slipping and is evident every year we come on vacation. The restaurant always runs out of main ingredients for dishes on the menu and instead of informing guests or removing them off the menu, they substitute by giving you a bunch of tomatoes instead of mixed grill vegetables. Case and point the Oaza pizza which has 3 toppings (steak, arugula, and parmesian) didn't have 2 of the 3 ingredients. After waiting for 45 minutes (with my older parents and 2 small kids) for a waiter to come and get our order we went inside to ask visibly NOT busy at all waiters to come because we are waiting for long time. After 10 minutes they still did not do that. On our way out we told one of the waiters that we were waiting for almost an hour and he said in a hostile way: "yeah and what are you going to do about that". I have never in my life experienced something like that. It seemed as if they are all doing it on purpose to piss off guest and chase them away....
