RUN AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!

Extremely disappointing experience. We waited for over an hour for our caipirinhas and over two hours for our meals. The lack of communication from the staff made the wait even more frustrating. Furthermore, the indifferent attitude of the waiters, who asked us to fend for ourselves to find chairs for an available table, totally exasperated us. It's worth noting that the restaurant had more tables than available chairs.

When the dishes finally arrived, they were disappointing. The fries were cold and the fish didn't live up to the price paid. The chef even changed my girlfriend's order without consulting us, claiming it might be a better fit. Despite our complaints, the staff didn't offer any satisfactory solution, which is scandalous for a restaurant of this caliber.

The waitress was unpleasant and lacked professionalism. I would simply like to remind this manager that the customer is king, and she should respect her end of the deal when taking an order. We wasted our time and money in this restaurant. Additionally, the cocktails were too heavy on the alcohol and almost undrinkable.

Gorgeous setting on the beach under a big tree with lights. Nice ambiance. The service was slow and not great. Drinks got confused and they mixed up the alcoholic vs non alcoholic drinks .We were there on BBQ night, which seemed a bit expensive. One skewer was close to 100 real. Not to mention, they had all the meats (including raw chicken) sitting on the table for hours. It wasn’t on ice and was sitting out for at least the 3 hours we were there. No one in our group got sick, but this isn’t great food safety and makes me wonder how long it had sat there before we ate it. It should at minimum be on ice or refrigerated. We ordered starters and they came after our entree right before we got our check. Better places in Ilha...

Cool place but terrible food and not hygienic. We got the BBQ and it took ages for the meat to be ready, even if we were the only people at the place. There was a visibly ill man, coughing and sneezing, who made the BBQ, no mask on the face, even if he visibly has more than one Covid symptoms. The meat took so long that it was overdone, super dried and tasted like nothing, seems they didn't add any spices or even salt. The plate with rice and sauteed vegetables was cold. Overall, a very big disappointment. That man should be home getting better and not scaring the public, coughing over everything without covering his mouth. Very anti hygienic, I wouldn't recommend...
