Creperia Tropicana — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Angra dos Reis

I have never experienced something like that. We wanted to sit outside and were looking for a table. The waiter saw us and just turned his back to us, pretending like he didn’t see us. After a while we were seated outside and it took at least 20 min to get the menu. After another 10 min we were able to tell them our order but only after asking them to do so. To be clear, the restaurant wasn’t full, the staff was just unorganized and they were running around like chicken who didn’t know what their job was. Once we placed the order we had to wait again, maybe an hour until the first two crepe came and they forgot the third one. While we waited an hour, we were able to see at least 30 people entering and leaving because no one served them. Once the crepe was there, it didn’t make up for the waiting time... it was a disappointment all over because the dough was hard and tasted nothing like it’s supposed to. Do...

The best dining experience in Ilha Grande! My boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere to eat close to 11pm. Luckily, the Crêperie was open and the manager said we could stay as long as we liked. We ordered three crepes which were all good, but the highlight and point of this review has to be our server, Manu. Charismatic, warm and funny, she is a born story teller; being the first and only person from the island who shared some of its rich history and intrigues with us. We have been there some days ago. The service was terrible! It took nearly 20 minutes to get the menu (the restaurant wasn't crowed due to the most of the other tables left unserved because the waiters had absolutely no overview about who is waiting for service and who is waiting for their order).
