I would give zero stars if I could. You know that horrible feeling you have after you eat junk food? That’s what you’ll get from eating here. All the other reviews are on point, I just wished I had read the reviews before stopping to eat here. The food is horrible, it’s cheap cheese on grease on top of more cheap cheese. It’s horrendous. Between all of us, we got pizza, pasta and lasagna and none of us eat more than 1/3 of the food.

Also the service is horrible, it seems as we are an inconvenience to them. They never checked on us, followed up, or stopped on our table. We had to flag the waiters down every time we needed something. Food took almost an hour as well.

Since everything had been going bad during dinner, we had to laugh at the bathroom situation. There was no toilet paper, the light was dying, the trashcan didn’t open, and the hand dryer seems like a summer breeze (it does nothing).

They are trying to charge American/European prices for horrible service and food....

Tried this place because we were tired and needed something quick to eat. I got the tuna pizza which comes with tuna tomato onion and olives… the pizza came and in fairness it was fine but came with three whole olives just thrown on top which made the pizza wet. I like olives and was the reason I ordered the pizza so I asked politely if I could have some more olives, they had to ask management and then came back and said if I wanted more I would pay an additional 8 reals. Seems ridiculous to charge extra for something that should have been on the pizza in the first place… the rest of my family were also severely disappointed in the food really poor quality pastas and they offer nothing without making you pay extra. All in all avoid this...

Had an awful experience in this place in January. After waiting 45 minutes for our food we noticed tables that came in after us were somehow getting served before us, so we enquired as to how long more it would take, to our shock the staff forgot to put our order in to the kitchen at all!! After over an hour of waiting our food finally arrived. The pizza we ordered was nice but the pasta was like dog food. When we requested to speak to the manager we were told he couldn’t speak English and were denied. When we got to the till to pay we again requested to speak to the manager but to no avail. They gave us a pathetic 10% service charge off our bill and that was that. Disgusted with this...
