Charme Beach Bar | Atins — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Barreirinhas

This place looks great, but my experience was far from impressive. First of all, we ordered bottled beers, but after a marathon to get a waiters attention they took a whopping 15 minutes to arrive. They were bottles !

Now, the food. We ordered a burger, a salad, and some prawns pastels . I opted for the burger without cheese, but it came with cheese anyway. It was average, and the bun was stale and not toasted.

The prawn pastel was a real letdown. I have no idea how old they were, but they were incredibly weird tasting. That went back too

The environment here is great, but it seems like there’s not much management. They’re serving up subpar food with poor service, and it’s all quite expensive. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Not only is this is a lovely bar in a beautiful location, the people are so helpful. We were touristis from the UK and they helped us get back to our accommodation on more than one occasion. Shamefully, my Portuguese is not very good! But the staff were incredible in helping us find our way home despite the language barrier. Getting around Atins can be tricky, and they helped us enormously. If you're lucky enough to find yourself in this paradise, definitely pop in for a drink at the very least. We also had acai for breakfast here, which was delicious. Thank you so much to everyone at Charme....

Ресторан красив, сделан со вкусом, с великолепным видом на реку и песчаную косу, за которой находится океан, прекрасная музыка как вживую, так и в записи. Приятный персонал. Но!!! Цена и количество еды не сбалансированы. Дорого и мало. Рыба-гриль с соусом из креветок была вкусная, но слишком сухая. Передержали на огне. Официанты все приветливы. Но не их вина в том, что их не обучили быть внимательными с клиентами и правильно сервировать стол и подавать блюда. Сложилось впечатление, что официанты боятся клиентов, очень застенчивы, исчезают куда то надолго, кучкуются между собой, не смотрят за сигналами клиентов, правильнее сказать, они стараются не смотреть в сторону клиентов, и очень, очень медлительны в исполнении просьб. Несмотря на то, что есть плакат (в середине зала и сразу при входе просто нет возможности обратить на него внимание) с предупреждением о том, что за музыку с каждого клиента взымается 30 реалов, необходимо при входе предупреждать клиентов об этом дополнительном сборе!!! Это недобросовестно и не красит такое красивое место. Уровень обслуживания - это слабое место этого ресторана. Очень и очень печально. Срочно поднимайте уровень...
