Casablanca Búzios — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Cabo Frio

I recently dined at CasaBlanca, and while the experience had its highlights, it was ultimately marred by disappointing service.

Let’s start with the positives. The drinks were exceptional, and the chicken a Suprema was absolutely delicious—clearly a highlight of the meal. However, the service fell significantly short of expectations.

We had an issue with our order; instead of the Churrasco Misto we had requested, we received a Picanha. When we brought this to the attention of our waiter, her response was lackluster at best. She offered to bring the sausages separately but mentioned that there would be an additional charge, showing little interest in resolving the mix-up satisfactorily.

The situation escalated when I asked to speak with the manager. Although he eventually came to address the issue, the replacement sausages were unfortunately served cold inside. After another complaint, a different waiter finally brought out a properly cooked version.

What truly soured the experience, however, was the manager’s approach to handling the situation. While he did offer a discount to make up for the mistake, his behavior was less than professional. He proceeded to clean our table by reaching over us and the dirty dishes without a single “excuse me,” making us feel quite uncomfortable and disregarded.

Atendimento em perfeito o Chopp e top drink top vista top, agora a comida deixa a desejar, pedir um jantar da casa deles de churrasco completo mais umas entradas, me perguntaram o ponto da carne pedimos ao ponto, me chega na mesa picanha igual borracha e Crua e gelada por dentro porque estava Crua muito Crua, os atendente viram que eu e minha esposas demos nossas picanhas para o cachorro que estava rodando a nossa mesa eles viram e estava até sem graça, aí também vinha Anchos junto com o churrasco, estava macia porém mais Crua ainda, o churrasqueiro deles não sabe o que é ponto então já pede carne torrada que deve chega algo próximo de ao ponto na mesa, aí junto com as carne na decoração na tábua já vem as batatas fritas com alecrim aí tiveram a ideia de salga as carnes juntas com a batata com parrilha já imagina aquela batatinha bem salgadinha, Arroz ok neutro, farofa ok sem surpresas, vinagrete está ótimo, entradas pedimos bolinho de carne, estava legal porém não o bom o suficiente está muito seco apresentação bonita porém a carne do bolinho estava seca demais, e pedimos casquinha de siri, ela está boa nada a reclama dela, em fim fiz um passei com minha esposa para buzios fui em outros restaurantes nenhum me decepcionou tanto igual esse na parte da comida, a conta deu entre 340 a 380 não me lembro bem mais se paga e comer bem e satisfação total agora paga e sai puto joga carne fora comer mal,...

Outstanding food and staff. Staff speaks great english (they have menus in multiple languages).

We tried the Seafood Feijoada (Brazilian Black Bean Stew) and the fish with bananas and it was EXCELLENT.

They also have multiple variations of caipirinha cocktails. Very creative and really really nice.
