Came here for the famous “Baurú” and couldn’t be more disappointed. Let me preface, if a ‘Rusti,’ tavern like ambience, huge portions of so-so food and decent service are what you are aiming for, this is the place for you.

The ambience is sort of old style, very tavern/mom and pop’s restaurant with cloth table service covered by a paper sheet. They definitely aren’t worried about creating an ambience, it seems they expect their name to make up for the lack of any ambience.

The service… I would have given 10 but I absolutely can’t stand when the waitstaff lies to make you purchase more food. We were a group of four and as we entered we saw people leaving with to-go leftover boxes, and the table behind us with a HUGE dish. I asked the wait staff, there are 3 sizes: 1/4, 1/2 and Full dish. The server explained 1/4 is dor one, 1/2 for two and full dish for 4.

Unless you are a sumo fighter, or on a fattening diet I can’t imagine anyone walking in and eating 1/4 by themselves. 1/4 is good for 2 or even 3 if Light eater, 1/2 is good for 4 and a full dish for 6-8. This made me really mad, not only we paid a lot of money for it but a ton of food just went to waste. NOT COOL.

The food… it’s anything but we’ll seasoned. It felt more like canned vegetables and cheese (for the vegetarian) and grilled meat and cheese with again, what felt like canned tomatoes for the traditional dish. It lacked flavor, that fresh taste or Italian food… a true disappointment.

ESTABELECIMENTO QUE NÃO SABE RESPEITAR O CLIENTE! Fiz dois pedidos nesse local e com os dois tive problema, o primeiro, faz alguns meses, demoraram bastante para entregar e quando chegou estava sem as batatas que havia solicitado, fiquei bem decepcionada, pois o tempo de espera foi grande e o pedido ainda chegou errado. Ontem, tentei novamente confiar no lugar, mas novamente tive uma experiência péssima. Fiz um pedido, coloquei meu cupom de desconto junto a ele também e aguardei a entrega, até ali tudo bem, no entanto no momento que recebi o pedido o valor estava errado: pedi meio bauru, no valor de R$ 177,00, havia também uma taxa adicional, no valor de R$ 1,99 e R$ 20,00 da tele entrega. Totalizando o pedido R$ 198,99. Porém, havia meu cupom de R$ 13,00 anexado e que também constou na nota do pedido que veio junto, assim, com o cupom de desconto totalizava R$ 185,99, ressalto que tudo estava no aplicativo e na nota, (tenho fotos e comprovações), porém me cobraram R$ 198,99, sem descontar o cupom. Liguei para o estabelecimento antes de fazer o pedido para tirar certas dúvidas e ao ligar pela segunda vez para ver do equívoco do pedido a moça foi extremamente grosseira e disse que o problema era do Ifood e eu que me entendesse com a plataforma, cobrou o que ela queria, sendo extremamente mal educada, visto que até o motoboy confirmou na ligação que eu estava certa, pois estava com as comprovações na mão. Independente da situação, ou de quem errou, achei o jeito estúpido da atendente o auge da falta de respeito ao cliente, a arrogância que falou comigo dando pouco caso ao fato e querendo se livrar do problema sem resolver. Eu trabalho, ganho meu dinheiro de forma honesta e muito suada e sim, me importo com o desconto de R$13,00, afinal lutei muito para ter cada centavo que usei para comprar a comida de vocês e me arrependendo amargamente de ter gasto meu dinheiro com esse tipo de estabelecimento.
