Being right in the center of downtown, and so close to so many shops that my wife likes to visit, I spent a lot of time here. The one drawback is the service; I don't know if he's the owner or the manager, but the older guy with the glasses is just so unpleasant. We're from the United States and as such only have US bank cards, both credit and debit. During our latest visit, the Secridi back machine they use for processing credit card transactions was no longer accepting international cards. Understand none of the other shops or restaurants in the city have this problem. My wife is born and raised in Brazil, so she speaks perfect Portuguese. As she tried to discuss with this gentleman that we would get cash and bring back to him, he just very rudely told her that she was wasting his time - his time was much more valuable than talking to her over the price of a few coffees. He was flat out, rude, unpleasant, and quite frankly the coffee just isn't that good. Criciuma is a growing city and more and more being visited by international travelers. If this dinosaur doesn't realize that, instead of getting insulted over people not having reals in their pocket, perhaps he should try to figure out a way to accommodate, and quite frankly, capitalize on this growing international economy. Recommendation: walk down the street and turn right and you'll find Pao Quente - what a hidden gem of a bakery! And amazingly...

A localização é muito boa, próximos a clínicas médicas, onde sempre vou fazer lanche. O ambiente é muito aconchegante e o proprietário muito educado e simpático, faz questão de fazer os atendimentos e se preocupa com o conforto dos clientes. A comida é muito boa, pães e salgados frescos e novos e deliciosos. O preço é meio salgado, mas compensa pela qualidade e pelo conforto. Sempre volto e voltarei...
