The restaurant has incredible food, however, it is extremely overpriced for how badly understaffed it is. As a person who often orders food here and has tried to eat here before, I can tell you that as far as their delivery service, they often forget items from your order that you have to go through the pain of contesting. But the reason for it is evidenced when you actually dine in.

I realized why they often screw up delivery orders when I went there to dine and observed they only have a single person working the cashier and the floors. The time for that waitress to get to me was horrible, at times I thought she had forgotten. And once she got to me, she informed me the chef did not come and that the order I wanted to make could not be placed, when she should have told me that before she even handed me the menu to save me the 25 minutes I waited for her to get back to me from her being overworked.

It's actually sad because for so many years, long before this restaurant moved, I would recommend it as likely the only Italian restaurant with high quality Italian food, but I can't recommend it as it is because it genuinely has fallen off disappointingly. I believe the service was already bad before they moved and that the same issues have carried over to the new place. They think they can get away with so many issues because of a good reputation from nearly a decade ago and the food alone. But for how long will that continue to work?

If we are talking in dollars, of course anyone would see the prices as cheap. But, any restaurant when it comes down to it will be cheap in this country. The thing is that you can get way better service and a much better experience in places that are cheaper. Therefore the price of the restaurant does not justify the service. For a restaurant priced that high, they should at least have a full staff actually working and not a single poor girl burdened...

Eu e minha criança havíamos jantado hoje estávamos nas mesas 15 e 16 em frente a barbearia o cheiro era desagradável dessa barbearia rumo aos produtos químicos me enjoo bastante. Achei o cardápio sofisticado demais no momento em que gente quer fazer gourmet só pra parecer chic pois não é capaz de ter um mínimo de serviço não vale a pena montagem e ingredientes das pizzas sem sentidos. Acho que eles precisam de simplificar o cardápio. Demorou mais de 30 minutos pra ser servidos fomos os únicos clientes minha pizza de pepperoni umas das mais simples que teve ao cardápio era insípida sem sabor nenhum o molho de azeite com pimenta 🌶 igual insípido porém o pior de tudo foi o prato de espaguete com molho de bolonhesa pra minha criança eu paguei 59 reais é realmente um escândalo gente estava zoando de nós foi uma brincadeira culinária quantidade esguia não teve molho apenas gotas de carne moída depois que ela acabasse ela estava ainda com fome, molho de tomate 🍅 inexistente pelos dois pratos normalmente o molho deve transbordar num prato de espaguete generosamente espaguete industrial e o bocado de molho também gente avarenta só o atendimento da garçonete foi aconchegante eu queria pedir uma sobremesa eu desisti gastei meu tempo e meu dinheiro por nada

Seguido sua resposta é mentir, o que você falou são afirmações infundadas, então há um tratamento especial pelas criança acho que seus clientes vão adorar esse recado, não sou um tolo não tá escrita no cardápio que aquela porção é feita pelas crianças ninguém mencionou nesse, uma criança tem o mesmo direito que uma outra pessoa não tem outro jeito, o prato que você deu pra ela é inaceitável RS 59 deve ter mais não tenha molho meu querido. Serio você acha que você é impecável !! você está te elogiando pensando que eu não tenho razão pra me descreditar ? você acabara de me dizer ok gente errou na verdade poderia botar mais molho e mais massa. Você não pode me falar isso não ???? tem nada que me deixa furioso que sua atitude, em vez disso você te ostenta sem se questionar. se você pensasse assim consulte serio uma ajuda psicológica seria utíla, seja com humildade ok ? Tu achas que eu nunca trabalhei num restaurante ? Meu chefe sempre me falava o seguinte quando o cliente não está certo ele tem razão, isso é uma falta de respeito você é de mau fé. Você elabora na tradição italiana como você salientou então me explica porque seu molho de bolonhesa não é caseiro nem seu espaguete? Você está no ramo da tradição italiana? Você não respeitou as demandas da minha criança eu não vou te perdoar nem te tratar com respeito. O respeito se merece. Eu tenho raízes italianas seus ingredientes não são elaborados e adequados na tradição Italiana tudo isso está na sua cabeça de mentiroso, com a grande maioria dos restaurantes seu molho é congelado e talvez suas sobremesas também. basta seus bobagens.
