Frutas e Da Fruta — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Fortaleza

It was my first visit to this place, located on the lower level of the Central Market of Fortaleza. There is another business with the same name across the street, which has different pictures on Google and may confuse you. These pictures I am posting were taken in September 2023 at the lower level of Central Market. The owner, Jose Maria, and his employee, Raimundo, were extraordinarily polite and prepared me their excellent fruit juice! They have two size options: a liter or 400ml cup. I bought two cups: the flavors I chose were Tamarindo and Cajarana! I loved both! You can also ask for a sample of their "special of the day" (they always have a fresh jar ready for that).

When I visited, I checked their opening hours with Jose Maria and updated their phone number, which was incorrect on Google. Google is reviewing this information, and I hope they can fix this ASAP so you can visit them at the correct location.

As a South Brazilian/ Canadian, I always wanted to try those different fruits, and this was a perfect opportunity. Also, about the tent/juice store: they have a bench and some bar chairs where you can sit and enjoy your juice. While I was there, I saw that they were swamped but, at the same time, very efficient with their orders. The place has public parking, but I recommend you go by UBER or with a travel/tour guide (so you don't need to worry about parking). Prices are good.
