I love eating at Verdelima restaurant when I'm in town. It's one of the best vegan and vegetarian friendly places in Fortaleza. They have regular food for meat eaters too. It's mostly busy during the work hours of noon to 2pm, they are only open from 11am to 3pm, so make sure you arrive in time. They rotate a different menu every other day so make sure to double check so you don't end up eating the same food twice...if you care about that. The restaurant has a modern and open space with some nature vibe...it's very welcoming and most importantly it's clean. The staff is very attentive and helpful. This is my go to vegan...

The air conditioner is not working. Homeless people begging on the street, only street parking. We were not welcomed when we came in or offered a table. Ordinary food, no soy entrees or gourmet salads. Many things were overcooked or had too much salt. Unimaginative and no description labels in the self service selection line. Service is subpar. They really should clear the table before bringing...

lugar incrível e comida maravilhosa! porém, apesar do tempero ser bom, o preço é meio salgado rs (quase 80 reais o quilo).

o restaurante fica localizado na rua joaquim nabuco, então, se você for de carro, pode ir preparado pra passar um bom tempo procurando lugar pra estacionar. porém, pra solucionar esse problema, o restaurante fez uma parceria com um estacionamento que fica na santos dumont (a uns 2 quarteirões de distância).

eles funcionam em sistema de self-service e oferecem 15% de desconto pra quem, ao montar o prato, não consome proteína animal. além do almoço e café da manhã nos fins de semana, tem opções de sobremesa bem apetitosas. eles também recebem encomendas de alguns pratos (como quiches e tortas); tem tudo bem explicado no instagram deles.

o ambiente é bem confortável e a comida é realmente gostosa, mas o preço não é muito convidativo. mesmo assim, vale a pena conhecer, pelo menos...
