We ordered the Experiência Black Bill, which came with beef and pork ribs, a big piece of brisket with a side of brisket burnt ends, smoked chicken, sausage, mac and cheese, cole slaw, pickles, smoked beans, and two kinds of bread, including one that tasted like corn bread with banana pieces baked in. They say that everything is bigger in Texas, and these guys are certainly bringing that ethos to Brazil. This thing was huge. The meat was excellent, although the dry rubbed ones were a bit salty. Not crazy salty, but it did add up as we tore through the mountain of meat. The server, Silvio, was affable and professional. He didn't speak much English, but he was quite patient and answered all of our questions with the help of a translation app. He made us feel welcome and well cared for. We had high expectations for Black Bill Smoke House, but unfortunately, our visit did not meet the mark.

We ordered the brisket, which arrived over-smoked, overly dry, and lacking the depth of flavor typically associated with a well-prepared cut. The wings, too, were over-fried to the point of being hard and difficult to enjoy.

What further impacted our experience was the service. Despite several attempts to get the attention of the staff, our calls for assistance were consistently overlooked. In the end, we had to leave our table and approach the kitchen directly to request our hot sauce/Tabasco.

Really great meat! The best on the menu was the brisket and the beef rib. Incredible flavor, great cook, and well executed. We are two Texans visiting to see the falls and this is a great place to relax after a long day of site seeing and we were not disappointed. We brought our three young kids, and they had so much fun in the kids play area. Great beer selection too! Ordered the brisket sandwich for the kiddos, it was delicious. We had a great experience with the staff and loved the whole ambiance of the restaurant....
