Casa da Esfiha Beirut — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Foz do Iguaçu

Saw this on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed, it appears to be a community restaurant that is not on the tourist circuit.

I had the Turkish Kabobs and a rice & bead plate topped with beef. My lack of Portuguese got things a little mixed but all was good. They have a nice selection of pastry and I ordered a Turkish coffee, which they informed me was Arab coffee & strong. It was wonderful and it packed a buss you will remember.

Would do the coffee and pastry in the mornings only. Glad I had them but I was wired for many hours.

Na minha opinião era o melhor dos melhores, até este ano!

Última visita fiquei horrorizada (SET 2021), tinha feito a maior propaganda para amigos, viajamos mais de mil KM, e passei vergonha. Quibe cru estava nojento, andaram misturando carne de procedência mais do que duvidosa (possivelmente fígado) no mesmo, a shawarma que era o principal está com sabor alterado e o pior, o rapaz que faz o mesmo utiliza a máscara no queixo(!) e não usa luvas no preparo. Molho de alho era top também, fora da geladeira acabou criando uma película horrorosa, enfim... Sujo, sem sabonete no banheiro, desorganizado... Espero que levem como uma dica pra melhorar. Todo ano faço questão de ir, mas dessa vez fiquei numa saia justa na frente dos amigos.
