Amazing place! If you really want to try fresh and tasty ice cream, this is the place! Different regional flavors plus excellent- made sandwiches (talk to Luis, he is the "sandwich expert"! :) ). We're on vacation and during our trip to Foz, we went several times there. The staff is very courteous too (thanks, Bruna). The sampling with different and exotic flavors... Don't forget to try MBeju and Guabiroba. Super delicious! Thanks Cristina and Ivone for the great sampling and great explanation about the regional fruits. Oficina do Sorvete is definitely THE BEST! Great little family ice cream factory and shop. They have soo many different flavors, yummy ice cream cones, and very reasonable price - a cone with three scoops ended up less than 15BRL.

Apparently the family who runs the place received various awards for their ice cream. And the ice cream really is good. We had for example kinder ovo, torta belga, doce de leite, pistachio, maracuja, tangerina… all really good. Especially maracuja:)

Recebi um voucher para utilizar no estabelecimento. Informei que gostaria de uma bola pelo voucher e outra na mesma casquinha efetuando o pagamento da bola. A atendente colocou a bola "paga" embaixo e a do voucher em cima e me entregou, prontamente peguei um pedaço do sorvete e coloquei a boca. Ela me olhou com uma cara feia como seu eu soubesse o que aquilo significava. Veio então informar que eu deveria pesar o sorvete. Nunca vi uma sorveteria em que se pese uma casquinha, a atendente deveria ter informado como a sorveteria funciona. Depois ela retirou a bola que era do voucher e queria pesar a casquinha e a bola que deveria pagar, porém a casquinha também pertencia ao voucher, então ela queria retirar a bola e pesar e depois "montar" as casquinhas com os sorvetes que já está derretendo. Veio uma outra pessoa, que fica no caixa para resolver a situação, porém não muito educada. Não vi informativo sobre o sorvete ser pesado, não fomos informados pela atendente como funciona e no fim me causou um grande constrangimento com todo mundo olhando o...
