SARAVÁ — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Ilhéus – Itabuna

The food is average, but the service is a disaster. The waiting system makes no sense—they let people sit even if others have been waiting longer. As a result, we had to wait much longer than expected.

The biggest issue was the staff. The two young waitresses working that night seemed completely overwhelmed, constantly mixing up tables and forgetting parts of our order. We had to ask four times for a bottle of water, and instead of helping, they started making fun of us—totally unprofessional.

The atmosphere didn’t help either. The place is extremely loud, making it an unpleasant spot to enjoy a meal. It’s obvious they just want to maximize profits, seating as many people as possible even though the kitchen closes at 10:30 PM. Many customers ended up leaving after waiting too long without being served.

There are plenty of better dining options in Itacaré. I wouldn’t recommend this...

This is a wonderful restaurant that serves delicious reasonably priced meals including vegetarian food options. I have had dinner here on several occasions and each time my order has been great. The service staff is courteous and professional. The restaurant also has a selection of healthy drinks. I had the beverage with ginger which was refreshing.
