Brava Grill — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Itajaí

After almost two years since my last trip to Brazil, I was longing for having grilled fish and shrimps for lunch whilst enjoying the view to the sea and drink a cold beer. There were lots of restaurants in Balneário Camboriú that would fit those requirements but Brava Grill stood out from the others thanks to the recommendations from my relatives. It was a great choice! Everything was much better than what I expected. The battered (or Milanese) shrimps were a perfect starter followed by the grilled anchovy, both my favorite picks in this kind of restaurants. We also had the grilled mecca fish, a kind of swordfish, I guess. It was fantastic! Everything was very fresh and both main dishes are served in big portion sizes accompanied by rice, salad, legumes sauces and potato wedges. Another highlight was the service. Fiquei 1:30 minutos esqueci minha carteira, detalhe não fui para nenhum outro lugar e não tenho dúvidas que deixei no único sofá que tem do lado de fora. Me falaram que não foi deixada no caixa e que o protocolo é esse quando encontrado. Solicitei as camera e até o momento não me enviaram, esqueci no sábado dia 30/12/2023 e hoje quarta feira 03/12/2024 ainda não tenho as camera para saber o que aconteceu com minha carteira. Atendente do WhatsApp falou que eles tem uma empresa que demora 48 horas para entregar as imagens e que não tem câmeras na parte externa, porém a gerente me falou que o restaurante ao lado (Irida Brsva) é do mesmo dono e lá tem câmeras, eu vi que da camera ao lado da para ver exatamente aonde eu estava, mas atendente do WhatsApp falou que são CNPJ diferente e não se comunica e que o gerente ao lado falou para ela que não esta funciona. E continuo sem saber o que aconteceu com minha carteira, baita falta de atenção, má vontade e interesse para solucionar. Muito descaso, demora para responder e compromisso zero com a integridade do cliente. Definitivamente não querem colaborar comportamento duvidoso, solicitei contsto com o dono e obtive, não sei se ele esta sabendo, tem algo errado, péssima...
