March 2025 update. Nothing has changed.. and that's a good thing. Continues to impress. 3rd visit, January 2022. Menu updated. Most innovative cuisine in this area. Eclectic/Peruvian fare. This place deserves Michelin attention. 2nd visit, April 2022. this place continues to impress. We started with the tuna tartare.. off the hook. Then we had the mako fajitas, and the costela, and the cogumelos (mushrooms).. all amazing. If you are visiting BC.. this place is a must. Wow this place is a culinary delight. I am disappointed at myself for not trying it before. Succulent and creative menu options. Our table of 9 explored different options and we were all pleased. Don't miss this place if you are in the BC area. It's in Passeo San Miguel.

Tudo é fora do comum, longe do mediano, nenhum prato decepciona, tudo é muito saboroso e feito para compartilhar. Já estive no MaKa seis vezes e todas as experiências foram maravilhosas. O jantar é outra experiência, Os sabores nos transportam às memórias de boas viagens :) A gastronomia é de nível internacional, todas as nunces e camadas de sabores de uma comida latina de verdade.Vai além da comida Nikkei, peruana, mexicana,. O atendimento é ótimo, todos os atendentes são muito prestativos e educados. Voltarei sempre ❤ parabéns!!!

O melhor restaurante que fui na cidade. A comida é extremamente deliciosa, bem servida e com preço justo pela qualidade. O atendimento é diferenciado, principalmente por conta da Venise (proprietária) e da Agnes. A Agnes é um doce e muito atenciosa (merece uma bonificação heim! rs). Recomendo demais e voltarei com toda certeza. Dica: pedir o trio de ceviche de entrada e o Maka Fajitas como prato. Esse pedido serve 2 com sobra. Ah! Peça a carta de vinhos da temporada. São vinhos com um preço mais em conta.

The service was very good, our waiter Leila was terrific, and very friendly. And spoke english a bit, which was a big plus. I thought their menu was phenomenal, I loved how they had photos of each dish. I can easily say the creativity of the dishes and presentations are really top-notch.

We ordered the quinoa and the fish risotto. Personally, I felt like the quinoa dish was a little bland for my liking. The fish risotto too, to my opinion, was lacking flavor. It felt more like a rice dish than a true risotto.

We were also surprised that there was a 5 reais charge for takeaway packaging. As well the restaurant did charge a 10% service charge, which they did not mention to us during the payment process. When we inquired about it, they did offer a refund, but because the service was good, we decided to keep it. For the future, we just wish they would have mentioned it beforehand.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend these dishes, but I would be curious to try their...
