Service was a bit slow but very friendly. Food was very disappointing: -they were out of the 0.0% beer that I wanted -way too much garlic in the salad dressing (Caesar and Rancho), it was burning mine and my husband's mouths -ribs were served cold. I would have asked for a fresh hot serving but I was so hungry and didn't want to wait more so I ate the cold ones -mac and cheese looked and tasted like it had dried out under a heat lamp before being served -thankfully my low expectations of the brownie were exceeded Towards the end of our meal (when the restaurant was quite busy) there was a spill and we had to ask 3 people for napkins or a cloth to clean it up and it took way too long. From what I can tell, the menu is basically the same, even here in Brazil, right down to the Bloomin Onion. The décor is clean and well-done for a fast casual restaurant. The service was not bad. But the food…everything was absolutely flavorless and completely unseasoned. I started with the “famous” Bloomin Onion, which was so greasy as to be inedible. Read moreInfelizmente a pior! Sou cliente a um bom tempo, e gosto sempre de ir nos estabelecimentos Outback comer, conhecer de outras regiões e apreciar. Mas me surpreendeu NEGATIVAMENTE, porque?! Vou pontuar tudo: 1 - Completamente lotado numa quarta feira, consequentemente uma espera muito além de 1 hora. 2 - Não tinha o pão australiano (característica do local), encheram a mesa de pratos vazios eu não entendi o porque já que nada tinha naquele momento para comer. (Falo disso porque realmente eram bastantes pratos vazios que atrapalhava nosso conforto na mesa). 3 - Pedi refil guaraná enquanto os pedidos fossem concluídos, também não tinha o refrigerante, bebi um outro qualquer. 4 - A pior da noite…. Pedi a ribs for two, eu nunca tinha visto isso, veio com molho de tomate, sim, molho de tomate ao invés do barbecue, ao comentar com a atendente ela afirmou que era sim barbecue, que é a proposta da casa. Os clientes da mesa ao lado chegaram à interagir para falar que era molho de tomate. 5 - a cebola coitada, mal passada, quase crua. 6 - pedimos alguns molhos, é sério….não tinha diversos deles, os que tinha vieram ralos demais e pareciam incrementados. 7 - A costela estava insossa, sem tempero algum.
Enfim, completamente decepcionado, estava a passeio, mas resolvi expor aqui devido a diferença absurda que eu senti com outros Outback. Eu ter ficado tantas horas aguardando para ter o tal serviço foi de extrema competência. Minha dica :quando faltar os ingredientes, avise ao cliente assim que ele entrar na fila, que assim ele escolhe se deseja ou não permanecer!
