We ate here on our last night in Manaus before heading to the airport based on the recommendation of our guide, John. We wanted to have the local fish affair and we had a feast. We ordered one plate of Pacu which was cooked over the open grill shown in the picture. We also had two dishes of the Pirarucu (Arapaima fish). One was served with small shrimp is a very delicious sauce and the other was breaded and fried. The service was good and what we would expect in an upscale restaurant. Also, the juices were outstanding; not watered down like some places. The Pacu fish was a little overcooked for my liking but had a wonderful flavor from the pit barbecue. Read moreO restaurante “já foi” muito bom, atualmente acho que está passando por alguma dificuldade, retiraram um caldinho de peixe, que era cortesia da casa, eliminaram a cachaça que também era cortesia, fui agora final de setembro num domingo e fiquei pasmado pois não havia caldeirada de tambaqui ( não interessa o motivo), passou 20 minutos para o garçom vir na minha mesa, e mais 50 minutos para chegar a refeição.... Mas vamos dar uma chance para o dono, o mesmo é esforçado e continuarei torcendo para o restaurante...
